How many people can say they met on Easter Sunday? Well, for us, that’s our story. It was dead week, Spring semester of our Freshman year and both of us decided to hit the books instead of heading home for an egg hunt. Of course no one can study on an empty stomach. Katlyn had arranged an Easter brunch with some of her sorority sisters who had also decided not to go home for the holiday. They also extended the invite to a few of their closest guy friends. The group gathered at a local Ames hot spot, the Cafe. & the guys decided to bring a straggler, aka, Bennet. Love at first sight? Maybe? All we know is our lives were forever changed.
