Frequently Asked Questions

  • The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, please be seated by 4:45.

  • There is plenty of free, on site parking at the venue,

  • Yes! Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles over night as long as they are picked up by 11am the next day.

  • Yes, enjoy refreshments of all kinds on us! If you feel inclined, cash tips are welcome for our bartenders.

  • Dinner will be served at 7:15pm, please join us for a cocktail hour on site after the ceremony prior to dinner!

  • Due to capacity, if your invitation was not addressed with a guest, we are not able to accommodate plus ones.

  • Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at Nature Link Resort.

  • We have chosen to have a child free ceremony and reception.

  • For guests staying at the Country Inn and Suites as well as The Lodge Brainerd Lakes Trademark by Wyndham, we will have a shuttle to the ceremony and home from the reception. The shuttle will start loading at the Country Inn & Suites at 4:00pm for the ceremony, depart at 4:14pm and drop off at 4:40. The shuttle will drop off at both the Country Inn & Suites as well as The Lodge after the reception. We will have two different drop off times after the reception in order to accommodate guests who would like to leave earlier than 11pm. The first drop off time begins loading at 9:30 with departure at 9:45. The second drop off time will begin loading at 11:00pm with departure at 11:15.

  • Please refer back to the RSVP page to see our notes about very limited uber + Lyft availability. You will need to plan ahead of time if you think you might over indulge! We will have shuttles running for guests staying The Country Inn & Suites as well as The Lodge. Please stay safe, don’t drink and drive!

  • Yes! Please write your dietary restrictions in the notes on the RSVP form and we will reach out to you directly with your meal choice option.
